The Oaks
Located on campus, The Oaks is a newly refurbished six bedroom house providing high quality accommodation to postgraduate and PhD students.
The Oaks provides:
- Six bedrooms - each with a double bed, mattress, mattress cover, bedside cabinet, bedside lamp, large wardrobe, desk, office chair, blackout blind and full length mirror.
- Shared bathrooms comprising two showers, one bath and three toilets.
- On-campus parking directly outside the house.
- Private garden.
- Shared lounge/diner.
- Shared kitchen, kitted out with a kettle, American fridge freezer and additional fridges, freezers, a microwave, a range cooker and a toaster.
- Rates include heating, lighting and wifi access, IT support and out-of-hours support for wellbeing and incidents.
The cost is £173 to £178 per week on a 45 week contract from 1st September to 11th July.
