Jon Rudd coaches #Rio2016 athletes Ben Proud and Rūta Meilutytė. We talked to Jon, a Marjon alumnus, about his coaching career before he left for the #Olympics.

Ben Proud will compete again today at #Rio2016. He swims in the 50m freestyle heats which start at 5.02pm. Ben is in heat 10 at 5.20pm. Go on Ben!!
