Feedback and complaints

As a learning clinic, our students are learning all the time and appreciate valuable feedback. Please take a few moments to leave some feedback to help our students grow as practitioners and elevate their work. You can provide general feedback via our online feedback form here.

Complaints

If you have a concern or complaint about the level of care you have received at the Marjon Student Osteopathy Clinic, please let us know. You can send feedback to the Master of Osteopathic Medicine Programme Leader, Mr John Evans, in person, by phone at 01752 636700, by email to johnevans@marjon.ac.uk, or by letter to Mr John Evans, Programme Leader of Master of Osteopathic Medicine, Plymouth Marjon University, Derriford Road, Plymouth, PL6 8BH.

If you call us or speak to us in person, the complaint will be logged and whoever takes your call will attempt to resolve the issue for you. If you are not satisfied, we will tell you when it is likely that the Programme Leader will be available to call you to discuss the matter.

Our promise to you is that we shall:

  • Treat your complaint seriously.
  • Work to resolve your complaint promptly and in confidence.
  • Learn from your complaint to review and, where appropriate, improve our service.

We will investigate your complaint promptly and will aim to:

  • Find out what happened and why.
  • Make sure you receive an explanation and apology if this is appropriate.
  • Reach an amicable solution swiftly.
  • Identify what we can do as a practice to ensure that this problem does not arise again.
