As a player in Men’s Performance Team, you’ll get 210 minutes of training a week. That breaks down to 90 minutes on a Monday afternoon, an hour on Tuesday morning and another hour on Friday morning.
As a player on our Women’s Performance Team, you’ll get 150 minutes a week, with 90 minutes on Monday afternoon, and an hour on Tuesday morning. There’s also an optional hour on Friday mornings to train with our futsal provision.
Our Performance teams have access to the testing, pre-hab and re-hab facilities via specific practitioners paid for by the Argyle Community Trust, and to our sports therapy provision to help with post-match recovery and game-related injuries.
As part of our Performance Squads you’ll have assessed pre/post training which will break down the important moments of the game. There’s also access to a new performance analysis suite.
