I perform weekly equipment checks and assist in practical lectures by demonstrating its use and setup. We host workshops for secondary/college students (Years 9-13), connecting their studies with higher education experiences and showcasing our facilities and degree options.

Our collaboration with the Sports Therapy Clinic serves organisations like Devon and Cornwall Police and the Environment Agency, offering specialised assessments - weekly physiological testing such as V02 max, Lactate threshold tests and health checks with different clientele.

Moreover, I create and upload monthly interactive newsletters to our Sport Lab Canvas page, highlighting recent lab activities, physiological testing with clients, engaging practical lectures, and important university information.
