Dealing with medical incidents

Taking phone calls, replying to emails and dealing with bookings.
Organising Academic sport request
Stepping up to be Duty Manager
Opening and closing the centre
Pool and plant room chemical tests
Carry out plant room maintenance and services
Deliver monthly lifeguard training sessions, ensuring staff remain competent for lifeguarding duties.
Organising and delivering lifeguard courses and renewals
Administration of RLSS (Royal Life Saving Society) paperwork
Co Co-ordinated the ATC (Approved Training Centre) for the RLSS
