My present role makes use of my key skills in contextual and educational studies, teaching and learning in the primary school, development of professional roles in students and teachers and subject specialisms of Art and Design and Religious Education.

Current interests include the development of subject knowledge in Religious Education for primary schools, and the link between the Art and Design and Religious Education fields in a process and product debate.

(July 2014) Regio Project: Professional Development without Boundaries; delivered in poster format at Annual Learning, Teaching and Research Conference, University of St Mark & St John.

(July 2012) Religious Education; a separated shared experience in planning and delivery. Delivered at Sixth Annual & First International Learning, Teaching and Research Conference. University College Plymouth St Mark & St John.

(June 2011) Regio Project; Collaborative learning in information communication technologies. Delivered at Regio International Conference; Santiago de Compostela; Fonseca USC; Salon Noble, Santiago de Compostela.

(March 2011) Changes to Information Comunication Technology with the Arrival of the Digital Native Teacher. Delivered at Regio International Conference - Exeter.

• My role in education has allowed me to take part in HEADLAMP, LPSH, SLICT, CEOP, EPICT, and SIAMs.
• I have recently been involved as a foundation Governor in a local CofE primary school and as a Member for a Junior School Academy.
• Currently I sit on the DBE for the Truro Diocese and the SACRE for Cornwall, previously sitting on SACREs for Devon, and for Plymouth.
