Role Summary

Overseeing the general running and management of staff for Marjon Sport & Health Centre.

Jobs and responsibilities include:

Opening and closing the centre.
Pool and plant room tests.
Dealing with first aid incidents.
Setting up and taking down sports equipment.
Taking phone calls, replying to emails and dealing with bookings.
Managing the social media accounts for Marjon Sport & Health Centre.
Creating advertising and marketing material for services, offers & promotions.
Working in partnership with our official charity partner, Plymouth Hospitals Charity to organise and deliver fundraising events.

BA (Hons) degree in Sport Development (and Sport Management)
NPLQ Gen 10
Level 2 Certificate in Understanding Mental Health First Aid and Mental Health Advocacy in the Workplace
First Aid at Work
Pool Plant qualified

In House Training;- COSSH, Ladder Safety, Legionella Awareness, Manual Handling
