Jobs and responsibilities include:

• Pool and plant room tests
• Setting up sports equipment
• Taking phonecalls, replying to emails and dealing with bookings
• Lifeguarding and lifeguard training
• Assisting with promoting the centre, through managing it's google account, social media posts, poster creation and making changes/updates to the website
• Organising academic requests
• Relaying customer feedback as the designated 'customer service champion'
• Stepping up to become 'duty manager' in staff absences
