Role Summary

Supervising the general running of the Marjon Sport & Health centre

Jobs and responsibilities include:

Pool and plant room tests
Setting up sports equipment
Taking phonecalls, replying to emails and dealing with bookings
Lifeguarding and lifeguard training
Assisting with promoting the centre, through managing it's google account, social media posts, poster creation and making changes/updates to the website
Organising academic requests
Relaying customer feedback as the designated 'customer service champion'
Stepping up to become 'duty manager' in staff absences

Physical Education and Sports Coaching Science BSc (Hons) degree (University of Worcester)

Football Business Management and Coaching- Certificate of Higher Education (Birmingham Metropolitan College)

BTEC Level 3 Extended Diploma Sports Coaching, Fitness and Leisure (Stourbridge College)

RLSS UK Qualifications Level 2 Award in Pool Lifeguarding, Intervention, Supervision and Rescue (Royal Life Saving Society)

UEFA C Licensed Football Coach (UEFA)
