Former Royal Marine prepares for record-breaking expedition at Marjon

Sam Cox, a former Royal Marine, is training for his world record-breaking attempt at crossing Antarctica alone. Sam has been working alongside sport and exercise science students and lecturers at Plymouth Marjon University to prepare himself for sub-zero temperatures, working in the University's environmental chamber at a chilling -21 degrees Celsius.
