Student Regulations Framework 2020-21 (valid September 2020)
The Student Regulations Framework 2020-21 took effect from the beginning of the current academic session, with the exception of student casework (appeals and complaints) relating to 2019-20. Please note that the Framework applies equally to undergraduate and postgraduate taught provision.
In accordance with Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) expectations, if significant changes to the Framework that take effect from 2021-22 are agreed during the current academic session the relevant sections will be posted on a fresh webpage. This is so that applicants to the University can take them into account.
